Christopher Szelong

Market Access Professional

Christopher Szelong joined in Skysis in 2022 and is an Associate Market Access Consultant. Christopher assists clients with current drug therapy in a multitude of disease states within diverse patient populations, clinical trial data and new drugs coming to market. He is based in the Pittsburgh, PA area.

EXPERIENCE

Christopher has more than four years’ experience in retail pharmacy where he developed his skills beyond the classroom. During this role, he familiarized himself with some of the most important aspects of pharmacy including the composition of medications and how they affect the body, multidisciplinary collaboration, and patient care services. Prior to graduation he completed a six-week rotation at Gateway Health Plan with their Utilization Management team, which was a part of his clinical rotations at Duquesne University school of pharmacy.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION

Christopher earned his Doctorate of Pharmacy, with a minor in Psychology,  from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. He is a licensed pharmacist in the states of Pennsylvania and Florida.
