Our Commitment to Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

The Personal Information We Collect

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Skysis Web site, https://skysis.com, or any other site registered under the Skysis name. We collect the personal information you submit when filling out the following forms:

All Contact forms, through which you can register to receive information about our services. These forms require that you enter limited personal information so that we can send the information you requested.

The Careers form, which you transmit to us if you are interested in potential opportunities at Skysis.

Our Web site is not directed to children under the age of 13. At this time, no child under the age of 13 is permitted to register with Skysis. Skysis will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

The Way We Use Personal Information

We store the information you provide about yourself in a database. The information will remain stored for the lifetime of the database unless you request that it be removed. Your personal information will be shared selectively with Skysis employees to the extent necessary to accommodate your requests, or to evaluate your job qualifications.

For example, if you provide your name, mailing address, telephone number, and e-mail address when requesting more information about Skysis’ services, this information will only be shared with the appropriate Skysis personnel in order to fulfill your request. We may sometimes use personal information provided to us online in order to notify you about new service offerings at Skysis that may be of interest to you. We will, however, provide you with the opportunity to opt out of such communications or otherwise prohibit such usage.

Similarly, personal information that you provide to us for career opportunity purposes will only be shared with members of our senior management team for the purpose of evaluating your job qualifications. Your information will not be shared with other employees of Skysis, nor will it be shared with people outside Skysis.

Special Circumstances in Which We May Use Personal Information

Except as described above, we will not use or disclose any of your personal information, except to the extent reasonably necessary to (i) correct technical problems and malfunctions and technically process your information; (ii) protect the security and integrity of our Web site; (iii) protect our rights and property and the rights and property of others; (iv) take precautions against liability; (v) comply with legal requirements or respond to judicial process; and (vii) provide information, to the extent legally permitted, to law enforcement agencies or for investigations on matters related to public safety.

The Way We Use Aggregated Data

We use non-identifying and aggregate information about the use of our Web site to improve its design. This information may include, for example, the pages requested most and least frequently, the domains from which visitors access our site, and the number of users from the U.S. and other countries.

Our Commitment to Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Cookies

Currently, we are not using cookies but may offer this option in the future in order to allow site visitors to personalize their experiences. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the hard drive of a visitor’s computer, through which the site owner can track the way that visitor utilizes the site and respond more effectively to that visitor’s interests and needs. The cookie “knows” the particular computer being used, but need not be linked to any personally identifying information about the computer user.

IP Addresses

We regularly receive IP addresses (the numbers assigned to Internet users by their Internet providers, which allow them access to the Internet). We will not use them to personally identify you or disclose them to others, except in the rare circumstances outlined above in the section entitled “Special Circumstances in Which We May Use Personal Information.”

Links to Other Web Sites

Our Web site may contain links to other Web sites. You should carefully review the privacy policies and practices of other Web sites, as we cannot control or be responsible for their privacy practices.

Notification of Changes

If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on our Web site’s Privacy Policy  page so our users are aware of the information we collect and how we use and disclose it.
